2. Signing up for Sauna Design News

When you sign up for Sauna Design News, we process the following information about you: your name and email address. You enter this personal data when signing up and here you also consent to us sending you Sauna Design News. We use your data to target the content of the newsletter with a focus on e.g. country. You can always revoke your consent and unsubscribe via a link in the News or by contacting us at info@scandinaviansauna.dk. Scandinavian Sauna has data processing agreements with the supplier of the Newsletter platform Squarespace to ensure that they meet the requirements for data security.

3. Booking a visit at Scandinavian Sauna Design Studio or with a Scandinavian Sauna Partner

When you book a visit in our Design Studio or with one of our Partners, we process the following personal data about you: Name, e-mail, telephone number, address and information about the service we provide and the sauna you plan to purchase. We get the information from you and it is a prerequisite for us to be able to plan and manage your visit. We process this to ensure you get relevant information when purchasing a sauna. Scandinavian Sauna has data processing agreements with our business partners to ensure that they meet the requirements for data security.

4. Questions and communication

When you request for a Quote or use our Contact form on the website, or communicate with us either by mail, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, we collect information about your name, phone number, address, detailed information about your preferences for a sauna, location of the sauna, delivery details, and information the service you would like to receive in Pipedrive, which we have data processing agreement with.

We do this to give you the best service and relevant information to fulfill the agreement we have entered into with you before or after purchasing a sauna.

5. Marketing

In connection with marketing, we may process the following personal data about you, which you have provided yourself when purchasing a sauna, requested a Quote or signed up for News: Name, e-mail, phone number, geographical location and information about which service and sauna you have purchased. In addition, we process data about you based on your behavior on Scandinavian Saunas digital channels (e.g. which emails you open and which articles you read), your purchases of our services, your communication with us (e.g. questions per email or telephone), publicly available or purchased data and information you have provided to us in connection with our communication. Scandinavian Sauna only processes your personal data for marketing if you have given your consent to this.

6. Storage of your personal data

Scandinavian Sauna stores your personal data, but you can always ask to have it deleted. Your personal data is stored in accordance with the obligations in accounting and bookkeeping legislation.
